Dyson airwrap Black Friday deals 2026 – early offers and what to expect

November has barely begun but I'm already keeping a close eye on Black Friday Dyson airwrap deals. The main event isn't until 27 November, yet retailers such as AO and Boots have already launched their sales, so there's every chance we'll see reductions on the coveted multi-styler well before the big day.

With prices varying considerably between the latest co-anda 2x, the airwrap i.d. and the more-affordable origin, knowing which model to buy is just as important as how much you save.

I've covered Black Friday for years, and Dyson discounts of £50 to £100 are fairly commonplace. Last year, I even spotted £150 off selected airwraps. With the IndyBest team and I having tested every iteration of the hair tool between us, I know which models and bundles are worth your attention.

I'll be tracking prices across Dyson’s website and major third-party retailers throughout November, flagging the early deals worth considering and updating this guide as new discounts land. Keep scrolling for all the latest.

When will the Dyson airwrap Black Friday deals start?

They're already here – and some of the early discounts are pretty impressive. John Lewis has kicked things off with £130 off the airwrap i.d. (was £479.99, now £349, Johnlewis.com), while even the newer co-anda 2x has received an £80 reduction (was £579.99, now £499, Johnlewis.com), albeit on a version featuring the older selection of attachments.

Dyson, meanwhile, is taking a slightly different approach. Its Black Friday page is live but, rather than announcing its full roster of discounts, the brand is encouraging shoppers to sign up to its mailing list for early sale notifications. There's also the promise of 10 per cent off your next order, subject to T&Cs. With substantial savings already appearing elsewhere, I'd recommend comparing retailer prices before making a purchase.

Will there be Cyber Monday 2026 Dyson airwrap deals?

Cyber Monday falls on 30 November in 2026 and traditionally brings the Black Friday weekend to a close. For those keeping an eye on the Dyson airwrap and its price fluctuations over the course of the four-day sale bonanza, Cyber Monday is unlikely to feel like a completely separate event. In recent years, discounts on the airwrap (be it the airwrap i.d., the co-anda 2x or the origin) have tended to continue through the weekend, with retailers either holding their Black Friday prices or making small changes to selected models and colourways for Cyber Monday.

Dyson airwrap Black Friday deals to expect

Anyone hoping to secure a discounted Dyson airwrap in the Black Friday 2026 sales can expect to find reductions on the pared-back airwrap origin, the airwrap i.d. and even the airwrap co-anda2x, now that it’s more than a year old. That said, this year, Dyson has released a new bundle of the co-anda2x styler, which features new attachments, including an ‘air straightener’ tool that converts your airwrap into an airstrait. Given that this attachment setup is brand new (it only dropped this summer), I’d be surprised to see discounts on these latest innovations.

Best Dyson airwrap deals to shop now

The airwrap is rarely a cheap purchase, so I’m flagging the discounts that are actually worth your attention ahead of Black Friday.

What's better, the Dyson airwrap i.d. or the co-anda 2x?

Having used both the i.d. and co-anda 2x models extensively, I'd say the co-anda 2x is the superior styling tool – but it all depends on what results you're looking for. While the co-anda 2x boasts Dyson's most powerful motor yet and enough airflow to rival a dedicated hair dryer, the i.d. model costs £100 less on average.

As someone with relatively frizz-free hair, the new smoothing and straightening attachment on the 2x didn't come in overly handy for me, but the time saved blow-drying was impressive. I also loved the new anti-snag loop brush and firm bristles on the round brush, both of which minimised tangles and made it easier to create a bouncy finish.

Both devices feature the i.d. one-touch wrapping function, which can be tailored to your hair type via the MyDyson app. If you're mainly hoping to use the airwrap to curl your hair, I'd argue the i.d. is just as effective as the co-anda 2x, if a tiny bit slower to pull the hair round the barrel.

In short, if smoothing, frizz-reduction and speed are of the utmost importance, look to the co-anda 2x. If you're solely looking for voluminous curls without the heat damage of a plate styler, I'd point you towards the airwrap i.d.

What's the difference between Dyson origin devices and the rest of the range?

If you've spotted a Dyson device with 'origin' in its name, don't mistake it for a completely different product. The term generally refers to a more stripped-back version of one of the brand's existing tools, often with fewer attachments and a lower price tag.

Take the Dyson airwrap origin, for example. It comes with three attachments – a 40mm curling barrel, anti-snag loop brush and fast dryer – rather than the larger selection included with other models. You still get Dyson's signature co-anda airflow technology but not the app-connected curling sequence of the airwrap i.d. or the more powerful motor found in the co-anda 2x. Similarly, the supersonic origin hair dryer retains the original's fast-drying technology but comes with just one styling attachment.

My advice? Don't disregard the origin models, particularly during Black Friday. If you're unlikely to use every attachment or the newer smart features, you could save a fair bit of money without sacrificing the styling functions you actually need.

Why you can trust IndyBest’s coverage of Dyson airwrap deals this Black Friday

Lucy Smith has been The Independent’s beauty writer since July 2024. She’s been reporting on major sales event, including Black Friday, for six years, meaning she can spot a falsely inflated deal a mile off. When it comes to the Dyson airwrap, she's seen it through all four iterations and knows how much the device usually costs, through January sales and beyond. In a nutshell, she's well aware when a deal warrants your attention.

She’s personally trialled the airwrap i.d., the supersonic hair dryer, the airwrap co-anda 2x, the airsmooth and the corrale coolshine. As we get closer to Christmas, Lucy is on hand to bring you the best deals on the airwrap as they drop.
